WHEN IT FEELS IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY ON TRACK

Let me guess,
you have SOME days that are spot on and everything goes according to plan WITH NUTRITION, WORKOUTS + MOVEMENT, AND YOU WRAP UP YOUR DAY FEELING HELLA ACCOMPLISHED.
But then those busier days creep in, where you end up self-sabotaging, and can't even find time to eat a proper meal.
It’s all or nothing.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
The average person is:
lazy,
sad or depressed,
anxious,
broke
and overweight.
But we're not here to be average. you wouldn't still be reading this if you wanted to live an average life.
What most people do is not the BEST thing to do.
in order to not be an average human,
you have to learn to do what most people don't do.
the few confident people who are consistently happy, reach their weight loss goals, sustain their progress, each have this one quality:
they are able to decipher between what is within them vs what is happening around them, and they don't allow what is happening around them to dictate how they are going to respond (what is within them).
some may call this self-awareness,
some may call this emotional intelligence,
but the real question is not what this is, it is how.
how do they do this?
through a consistent gratitude practice.
successful people are the ones who decide to be grateful, habitually, regardless of what is happening around them.
believe it or not, this simple action daily breeds more and more success.
so instead of trying to create discipline out of nothing next time you are faced with a food trigger or the decision of whether or not you want to go to the gym, can I challenge you with this?
choose to write down 2-3 things you are grateful for,
and then make your decision.
I can guarantee this will not only empower you to make the right decision for your health and wellness journey, but it will probably be the one thing that helps you become the highest version of yourself this year.
