“I KEEP SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON PROGRAMS, AND I NEVER SEE PROGRESS” - is this you?

Have you ever thought to yourself, "Why isn't this working for me?"

One of my clients said this to me just the other day. She was frustrated and disappointed that she wasn't following through on her goals and didn’t feel like she could commit to her health journey—again!!

Sound familiar?

I get it.

You invest in coaching and support, but when it comes down to it, you’re not using it the way you thought you would.

So, We had a tough love talk.

We revisited her goals, and her vision was clear:

“I want to stop making excuses for my health and make time for workouts and prioritizing nutrition.”

So what was really holding her back?

Was it time?

Nope.

Through a quick look at her screen time, We realized she had at least 2-3 extra hours a week that were spent scrolling Instagram. Time wasn’t the issue—following through was.

Here’s the thing: as busy women, it *feels* like we have no time, but often it’s not about time. It’s about commitment. That’s where a coach can step in to give you perspective, hold you accountable, and help you prioritize your health.

If you can make time for doctor appointments, coffee with friends, and everything in between, why dismiss the “appointments” you set for yourself—like going to the gym or prepping meals that support your goals?

Time isn’t the issue.

Valuing your health is.

Every time you bypass the intentions you’ve set for yourself, you lower your self-belief and self-esteem. You’re telling yourself (and everyone else) that your health isn’t a priority.

If this sounds like the third or fourth time you’ve been stuck, it’s probably not the program.

It might be time to ask—are *you* getting in your own way?
