Ingredients:

  • 1 Joseph’s Lavash Bread Full Flatbread (2 svgs)

  • 100g Shredded Chicken

  • 1 Wedge Laughing Cow Light Cheese

  • Sliced red onion

  • Chopped arugula

Creamy Buffalo Sauce:

  • 120g Low Fat Good Culture Cottage Cheese

  • 3 Tbsp Frank’s Hot Sauce (~40g)

  • 2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Ranch Seasoning

  • 1-2 Tbsp Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Start by draining your shredded chicken and adding it to a bowl. Set aside.

  2. To create the creamy buffalo sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  3. Add the sauce to your chicken and stir until everything is well combined. Pro tip: Set some sauce aside for dipping, or pair it with a low-calorie ranch.

  4. Spread the wedge of cheese onto the lavash wrap.

  5. Place the chicken mixture in the center of the wrap, forming a small circle.

  6. Add sliced red onion and chopped arugula on top of the chicken mixture.

  7. Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with a little oil.

  8. Begin folding your wrap, starting from the left, until you’ve created a pentagon shape. Don’t worry about it being perfect!

  9. Cook the wrap for a few minutes with the folded side down. Once crisp, spray the other side with oil and cook until both sides are golden brown.

  10. Slice in half and serve immediately for a crunchy, savory, and protein-packed meal!
